We want you to feel confident with every purchase from Secret Talks. Please review our return and refund policy below before starting a return request.
Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- Unused
- In their original condition
- With all original tags attached
- In their original packaging
For hygiene reasons, all returned items must be in completely new condition. Items that show signs of wear, washing, perfume, deodorant, stains, damage, removed tags, or missing packaging will not be accepted.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, please submit a return request through your customer account using our self-serve return portal.

Please do not send your item back without first submitting a return request and receiving approval. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions.

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at secrettalkslingerie@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the situation and make it right.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and assist you.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:
- Items that have been worn, washed, used, stained, damaged, or altered
- Items without original tags or original packaging
- Intimate bottoms with removed hygiene liners, if applicable
- Items clearly marked as Final Sale or Clearance - Final Sale at the time of purchase
- Gift cards

Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
The fastest way to get a different size, color, or style is to return the eligible item you have. Once your return is accepted, you may place a new order for the item you would like.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect.
