During high-volume periods, promotions, holidays, or unexpected carrier delays, processing times may take slightly longer.

Secret Talks currently ships orders from Los Angeles, California, USA.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States.

Shipping rates and available delivery options will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your order and delivery location.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after your package has been handed over to the carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Secret Talks is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Secret Talks is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages.

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

International Shipping

At this time, Secret Talks currently focuses on shipping within the United States.

If international shipping becomes available in the future, additional shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, or import charges may apply. These fees would be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
